1. Services & Consultations

  • Cover’d offers customized consultations and design services through our website staycoverd.com. All bookings are made directly through our site and include options such as:

  • Storage Solution Consultations

  • Outdoor Space Design Consultations

  • Installation Scheduling for Approved Projects

  • All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations due to weather, scheduling conflicts, or project limitations. Any required deposits or preparation fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & Orders

  • Product offerings (e.g., Backyard Creations, canopy installation, end-wall installations) are listed for reference; final pricing depends on project specifics. staycoverd.com

  • Quotes given during consultations are estimates; final pricing is confirmed only via written proposal or invoice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Initial deposits may be required to confirm consultations or orders. Remaining balances are due as outlined in the invoice.

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed during checkout or provided by our billing team.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All site content—including images, layouts, text, and designs—is owned by Cover’d or its licensors and protected by law. Use is permitted only as expressly authorized.

5. User Content

  • By submitting designs, photos, or feedback, you grant Cover’d permission to use such content for marketing, portfolio display, or internal purposes without royalties.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We warrant that services and materials provided will conform to agreed-upon specifications. Beyond this, all services and products are provided “as is.”

  • Cover’d is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or services.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once materials are ordered. For questions about a refund, please contact tony@staycoverd.com.

8. Shipping & Materials

  • For physical components (e.g., canopy kits, panels), delivery and shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. staycoverd.com

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be adjusted for external factors (weather, supply issues).

  • Our Site may link to external sites (e.g., social media, platforms). We are not responsible for their content, privacy, or practices.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Cover’d may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting; continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Cook County or neighboring counties.
