Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the continental United States. For orders outside this area, including Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, please contact us at tony@staycoverd.com to arrange a custom shipping quote.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders for canopy kits, end-wall panels, or accessories are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom-built containers and full shelter systems will follow the lead time and timeline provided during your consultation or order confirmation.

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Methods

Depending on the item type and size, shipments may be delivered via:

  • Standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for small components

  • Freight delivery for oversized items, including container attachments or pre-fabricated panels

Freight deliveries may require a loading dock, forklift, or on-site assistance for unloading.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary by product size, weight, and destination.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly outlined during checkout or invoicing.

  • Some promotional items may include free shipping, noted on the product page.

5. Delivery Issues or Damages

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there are signs of damage:

  1. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

  2. Take photos of the packaging and product.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours at tony@staycoverd.com so we can help file a claim or arrange a replacement if needed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Custom Delivery Scheduling (for installations)

If your order includes on-site installation, delivery scheduling will be arranged during your project planning. Cover’d will coordinate a suitable delivery window and confirm access requirements for large materials or equipment.
